As the power of the state continues to grow, basic laws are being ignored. These laws in economics, security, geo-politics and science can be ignored but not avoided. Populists and their media friends can demand everyone else to 'act now' to solve some problem – real or imagined – that part is easy. What is not calculated and what is far more complicated is to account for the costs of all these 'act now' programs designed to immediately solve some pressing issue or another. These irrational expectations can literally destroy the modern world.
The media and educational elite portrays the rather absurd image that all Christians are fundamentalist conservatives or in their lexicon – knuckle dragging neo-cons. In reality the 'socialist' tendencies of both church and church-goer are well known. Far from being a bastion of conservative-republican goose-stepping war mongers, a clear majority of Christians are actually quite 'left wing'; socialist or avowedly anti-conservative. The church is not an ally of the 'right'.
The 'Poor' – using statistical lies to push the socialist agenda.
Few are poor, and most don't remain poor for long.
by

Governments and their friends love to publish lies about the 'poor'. Generated from census analysis, the poor are always shown to be growing, in danger of becoming 'poorer'; and that the 'rich' are becoming so much richer in comparison. Given the fact that society is wealthier, incomes across all levels are higher; and that being 'poor' today is a lot different from being 'poor' 50, 100, or 200 years ago, such 'statistics' should be treated with contempt.
Thomas Sowell and Race. A Black voice not often heard.
Black Americans have nothing in common with Africa.

Race trumps all – at least for those willing to use it to divide and conquer, or inflame and impale. As Sowell says, 'Few subjects produce more fallacies than race.' The history of race relations is of course littered with lies, distortions, self-serving fantasies and political manipulation. [One can witness the emptiness and outright nonsense of the Hussein Obama race-baiting campaign for contemporary evidence]. As Sowell relates today we have more inter-marriage between races than ever, yet the cries and screams of race identity are at their fiercest in history. Only a Marxist and a race baiting populist can figure out this contradiction.
Recession evidence is now finally here - but it is mild.
Government incompetence and speculation has wrought unnecessary problems.

The data and reality arrived a while ago proving that we are in a mild, tepid and soon to be over recession. Markets are already correcting upwards in the expectation that flat or most likely negative economic growth will be stabilised and going positive by the mid summer. The crying cassandra's were proven right - but nearly to the fear-mongering extent that they want.
The crucible of modern terrorism – the Arab defeat in 1967.
Muslims only had one option left.

Martin Gilbert, Barbara Tuchman and others have commented and written extensively about the massive importance of the Israeli victory in the 6 day war of 1967 and how it helped shape the last 40 years of history. Israel's lightning victory shattered the Arab hope that they could eradicate or even dominate the Jewish state. As Barbara Tuchman stated, 'A people considered for centuries as non-fighters carried out in June, 1967 against long odds the most nearly perfect military operation in modern history.' Defeated yet again by the small Jewish state, the Arabs and Muslims were forced into uncoventional war and tactics of terror, the 1967 war was really the West's war.
Globalisation – not as 'globalised' as it would appear
More global trade would be nice.
by
Craig Read
Globalised trade and international economic integration were supposed to crush the nation state. Regional trade agreements; bi-lateral economic associations; and the IMF-World Bank 'consensus' were to eradicate state power. For the past 50 years cries and alarms have been raised about such mental distortions as 'a race to the bottom'; 'the death of the welfare state'; or 'the loss of sovereignty'. In the past 50 years the nation state has of course gotten stronger, not weaker, from globalisation. This is the saddest consquence of increased wealth creation worldwide.
Meeting arbitary globaloney warming 'emission' levels is insane.

So what is the price for feeling good about yourself? Is the destruction of jobs, lives, society and even human life worth the price, to affect the arrogance of moral superiority? Is irrational cult worship and filling the empty spiritual void within by submission to mother earth worth the destruction of man and civilisation? What price then for the immorality of the mother earth cult?
The murderous intentions of the eco-cult and the intellectual 'class'.
Killing people to save mother earth is okay!

Twenty years ago Paul Johnson a former adviser and writer for Margaret Thatcher [pre-emptive cry inserted here: fascist!] wrote a great book entitled 'Intellectuals'. He catalogued some highly regarded marxist-leftist 'thinker's and satirized their hypocrisies, sexual dysfunctionality, narrow mindedness and ultimately their vast capacity to provoke danger, and bloodshed through stupidity and lies.
Food prices: governmental morons and the eco-cult causing food price and supply problems.
Feed mouths, not rhetoric and big agri-business.

There is now a 'food' crisis. No doubt the UN and the hysterical media will demand a 'global' response and governmental intrusion to solve this 'disaster'. Governments and their eco-fascist friends have caused the problems of high food prices; lack of foodstuff supply; and trade in food distortions. Now they will tax, spend, regulate, and bureaucratise to 'solve' the problem. This pattern of behavior is of course deeply psychotic. Yes there is a food issue, but goverment is the problem, not the answer.
Mindless Government distortions – Thomas Sowell and 'Economic Fallacies'
Anyone who would support Hillary Clinton or Kid Dynomite Obama should first read this book.

Thomas Sowell is a black American treasure. The former Marxist is a professor at Stanford, author of over 40 books, a valuable political philosopher and a black who is tired of the failed black sub-culture. In the black pantheon of achievers this conservative, pro-market, pro-individual and proud American is an icon. But because his views don't comport with mainstream socialism Sowell is largely ignored and marginalised. If blacks spent more time with Sowell and less with Obama, they would be far better off.
The earth cult is at least very persistent. Earth hours, Earth days, Earth policies, Earth friendly programs and Earth loving politicians abound. Earthiness is becoming huge big business. Could this be the real attraction behind Earth love? The love of cool hard cash, and Earth loving governmental subsidies [in order to save the children’s children’s future you understand]. Isn’t this all just a lot of Earth-baloney?

Technocrats, socialists, drooling Marxists, and totalitarians are an ignorant, intolerant group. From Muslims, to Jimmy Carter, to L. Ron Gore, to Hussein Obama, to Hillary Clinton, to the UN and EU-cracy, the self-appointed superiors to the rest of society display the exact opposite of what their ideology preaches. These 'great minds' are so vast, so advanced, so therapeutic that the rest of us must follow and submit ourselves to their rather malignant control. If you don't prostrate yourself at the altar of their communal madness than you are branded stupid, divisive, selfish, or 'conservative'. Who are these dangerous apostles of total-state control kidding and why oh why would anyone support them?
Jimmy Carter – the stupidest man in American history.
Well okay, L. Ron Gore is a close second.

It is hard to believe that anyone past or present could actually, like, tolerate or have voted for former President Jimmy 'Peanut Farmer' Carter. For the love of God, this man is probably the stupidest biped which ever trotted upright in US history [with Saint Al Gore not far behind]. Carter ranks with Cleveland, Johnson, Hoover and FDR from 1933 to 1938 in the pantheon of the worst US leaders in history but he outshines any and all with his vast reserves of idiocy. Jimmy Carter is simply and stunningly, stupid.
Countries and empires don't survive without a mission. Equality, multi-culturalism, the earth cult, 'caring' – these are programs and attributes not a vision, an objective or even a relevancy. Countries like Canada, France, and England long ago gave up the mission idea. The Russians and Chinese, not to mention oil-rich Muslims, are getting theirs back. The Americans seem intent on dismantling their state and following Europe into oblivion. It is bizarre.
Islam a cult of totality. 'The path' [Sharia] is a slippery slope indeed.
The 'total' feature is the key part.
by

The philosophical veneer of Islam and its demand that it is a 'religion', is only a cover and a disguise for everything else. Activist Muslims and extremist 'Islamists' in Western states cannot subvert and destroy Western society from without. They can only do so from within by using 'religion' as a ruse. As Muslims become a larger percentage of the population the Islamicization of society will become more obvious and dangerous. It is a well known and obvious pattern, which has been amply demonstrated throughout the world.
Yes those nasty Crusades. In the post-modern, Marx-droid universe of salivating moppets and eager to please relativists ['please daddy tell us again about how nice the Saracens were and evil the Christians?']; it is quite easy to lose sight of reality. Muslims and Arabs good, Christians bad. Arab, Muslim and Turkish imperialism good, European fascist. So it is refreshing to read a dense, intellectual and accurate piece of work which describes the Crusades as they were – a complex political, military, and very human response to pre-modern Arab and Turkish designs at world conquest. They might have in effect saved Europe.
English agriculture and the basis for English hegemony.
Somehow life got better without the little minds of government being intimately involved.

A fascinating historical fact – which even Ivy trained superiors who love to talk down to working stiff inferiors might care to read about – is the untold story of English agriculture and its magnificient explosion of innovation from 1650 to 1750. Without this shift from subsistence to munificience in agricultural output, England never would have hd the population, the tax base, the military resources, nor the mass of entrepreneurial and scientific talent to dominate the world. It is a story rarely told.
The lies about 'poverty' are legion. They make tearful reading. If you believe the media, academics, and the huge 'poverty' industry which feeds off of massive government welfare and poverty-relief programs, than poverty is a widespread pernicious evil, and soon to grow as rich whites and Jews get richer, and everyone else becomes poorer.
Human rights councils are of course populated by government sanctioned and appointed morons. Hate speech laws were and are written by the same. Both concepts are entirely useless. Hate speech 'law' is fascistic – in the very real sense of what the word fascist means – by limiting any and all criticism of chosen, state-supported groups. Human rights councils and laws are created only to punish those groups that the state wishes to ignore, trivialise, or neuter. All in the name of equality and brotherly love you understand.
Two religiously-identified new states emerged from the shards of the British empire in the aftermath of World War II. Israel, of course, was one; the other was Pakistan. They make an interesting, if infrequently-compared pair. Pakistan's experience with widespread poverty, near-constant internal turmoil, and external tensions, culminating in its current status as near-rogue state, suggests the perils that Israel avoided, with its stable, liberal political culture, dynamic economy, cutting-"
As Barack Obama's candidacy comes under increasing scrutiny, his account of his religious upbringing deserves careful attention for what it tells us about the candidate's integrity. Obama asserted in December, "I've always been a Christian," and he has adamantly denied ever having been a Muslim. "The only connection I've had to Islam is that my grandfather on my father's side came from that country [Kenya]. But I've never practiced Islam." In February, he claimed: "I have never been a Muslim. "
